5 Biker Romances That Will Take You On A Ride

Let’s just say that my favorite characters are usually riding motorcycles. Because of this fact, I’m uniquely qualified to recommend 5 MC romances for you to enjoy!

Book Culture On This Day Recommendations Romance

I loved Sons of Anarchy as much as the next person. I mean, Charlie Hunnam as Jax Teller is a forever favorite of mine. Really though, there’s nothing better than an alpha male who will murder anyone who dared to cross me. However, let me clarify, I am only attracted to this type of man if he is fictional. Nonetheless, your favorite Resident Romance Redneck is back with yet another bought of book recommendations. This time, we’re riding on the back of an Iron Horse to glory with some incredibly attractive MCs.

Sometimes Kindle Unlimited births some real flops and it makes me think that Amazon self-publishing is just Wattpad for adults. Other times, it produces content that I genuinely would consume on either platform. The motorcycle romance book genre is one that I will always go back to, simply because it just works for me. These are some tried and true biker romances that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the past few years.

‘Til Encryption Do Us Part

Cathleen Cole & Frank Jensen

cr. Amazon

Biker and a mafia princess… I love these types of kind of unrealistic pairings. It just works. Also, Ari and Rat are top tier. Neither of them take shit from anyone and I adore that. The Vikings MC is a fantastic series. Every character is completely fleshed out with their own individual backstories and external conflicts that escalate the stories. And you can’t go wrong with a whole series that has a happy ever after at the end of every book.

Ace: Angels of Hellfire MC

Harley Diamond

cr. Amazon

Okay, look I’ll be the first to admit that the “I’m not like other girls” trope is a little overdone, but it’s still really entertaining to read every now and then. I will say though, this book deals less with the Debby Ryan aspect and more of the unrequited love, but now I’m a badass and you want me because I’m such a badass. I don’t like unrequited love IRL, but I do enjoy it in my books.

Mayhem: Hades Gate MC

Aquamira

cr. Wattpad

I’ll be honest y’all, this one gets dark. Levi’s backstory is intense, to say the least. Mayhem’s is even more so. However, the way that Aquamira writes and handles the content she deals her readers makes it a bit easier to swallow. This is one of the rare gems on Wattpad that has pretty much perfect grammar and formatting to boot.

The Dark Rider

jwriting1

cr. Wattpad

Wattpad definitely houses a more explicit side of writing and this particular book is not shy about being sexually explicit. Personally, I’d classify this as a novella because it’s only twenty chapters, Despite that, it really is a great story though and of course, it’s permanently in my Wattpad library.

The Saints’ Devil

Red_Pineapple6

cr. Wattpad

This was probably one of the first MC romances that I read after watching Sons. It’s dark, most definitely, but (!) was on The Wattys Awards Shortlist back in 2021. There’s some really interesting twists that you won’t see coming, plus a romance that ticks all the right boxes.

I’m a frequent flier of biker romances. There’s just something about the idea of a man with a motorcycle that really greases my engine. Also, I’ve got like a million motorcycle puns because I was raised around them. Do I think that I would fare well in a real courtship with a MC member? Probably not, I’m not necessarily built for intense stress and I would not do well in the event of criminal activity. To be fair though, a good majority of what I know of MCs has been built on entirely fictional worlds by other people who also have little to no actual knowledge of real life MCs.
