While the phrase “back to school” may send a chill down some people’s spines, I know there are some of you out there who (just like I was) get excited at the mere thought. Is it because we can’t wait to eat in a public cafeteria? To spend $500 on textbooks? To learn about how the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell? Of course not.
