I think we all agree that while we know to expect five seasons of The Rings of Power, we hope some things get revealed in the upcoming finale. However, as we’ve seen in previous episodes, we may be left hanging. The good news is Prime Video released a trailer for episode eight and we might get some answers. Keep reading to get a look!
Rings of Power Episode 8 Teaser Trailer:
It doesn’t feel real that The Rings of Power is coming to a close for season one. How great of a time it’s been to look forward to a new episode each week? Definitely a big highlight. Prime posted a first look trailer on their Youtube channel on October 7. Watch below if you haven’t seen it yet!
The trailer shows a very emotional recap of the last seven episodes and also some new clips to get us thinking. The episode looks packed with action and lots of emotion. Normally, the show has been going back and forth each episode between different storylines and parts of Middle-earth. However, it seems during the finale we might get everyone all at once. Maybe we will get them all in the same place finally? We will just have to wait and see.
What’s Prime Saying About the Finale?
Prime also took to Twitter with some intriguing ideas. The video is asking all of us, “Who is Sauron?” During this teaser, we see some faces who weren’t originally in question. Is it hinting we should be considering these people? We see Adar (Joseph Mawle), Celebrimbor (Charles Edwards), High King Gil-galad (Mark Ferguson), Halbrand (Charlie Vickers), the Stranger (Daniel Weyman), and the white-cloaked figures. I definitely was not considering Celebrimbor and High King Gil-galad, but I sure am now!
There is definitely a lot to look forward to in the finale and the excitement is real!
Catch the finale of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Friday, October 14 on Prime Video. Make sure to catch up on the previous seven episodes too!
