Rupi Kaur’s Milk and Honey has sold well over 1 million copies, which is incredibly impressive, considering 1) it was her debut, and 2) it’s a poetry collection. That’s absolutely amazing. Thousands of people were enamored by Kaur’s relatable words and nice illustrations.   Others…not so much.
