On Wednesday, the Essexville Public Safety Department sent a lieutenant to investigate reports of a Dementor sighting in the Michigan suburb.   Weirdly, it turned out to be something much more unusual than a Dementor—it was a trash bag caught in a tree.   Image Via Facebook   The Essexville Public Safety Department shared a light-hearted post about the incident on their Facebook page, assuring anybody concerned about potential Dementor activity in the area that the Ministry of Magic has assured them that all Dementors are accounted for at Azkaban. The Exeter book was inscribed in the 10th century and is considered by many to be one of the building blocks of English literature. However, for something so invaluable, it’s had a pretty eventful life.    On its cover, knife marks can clearly be seen, indicating that at one stage it was employed as a cutting board. There are also stains from a mug that have soaked through several of the pages.
