This Halloween, get ready to be scared by some spooky tales. English Heritage, a charity that oversees more than 400 monuments and historic buildings, has commissioned eight authors to write “Eight Ghosts,” a collection of ghost stories inspired by various historic sites.   Image courtesy of Pinterest   The authors, including Mark Haddon, Jeanette Winterson, and Sarah Perry will each write a story based on one of English Heritage’s historic sites.
