Instead of waiting for grown-ups to solve her problems, 9-year-old Simia Cox of Indianapolis, IN wrote books about her experiences with bullying.
The seventh-in-line to the Swedish throne is now a published author.
Princess Madeleine of Sweden revealed on Instagram the title of her new book Stella och hemligheten (Stella and the Secret).
The book was written in collaboration with longtime friend Karini Gustafson-Teixeira and author Marie Oskarsson and inspired by Madeline’s mother, Queen Silvia, and the World Childhood Foundation which Silvia founded in 1999 to help children around the world who are abused and neglected. Madeleine created the organization’s ThankYou initiative aimed to protect children from exploitation.
The book is said to deal with themes of trust, neglect and integrity in young children along with the issue of sexual abuse. It is set to be released this June.
