'Game of Thrones' Star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau's Lawsuit Reveals Season 8 Spoiler
For those of you who don’t know, Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who plays Jaime Lannister is currently involved in a lawsuit against his former manager Jill Littman.
So, first of all, Littman is suing Coster-Waldau for $2 million for breaching the contract!
It all started when Coster-Waldau fired Jill Littman after ten years. Hollywood Reporter states, Coster-Waldau said "I am nothing but grateful for our many years working together and the success we shared, and the reason I have decided to leave...is to basically take control myself. Game of Thrones is coming to an end now." Littman now claims she is owed 10% of Coster-Waldau's income.
For each episode of the 8th and final season of Game of Thrones, Coster-Waldau made nearly $1 million per episode, and the release of this information has in turn revealed that he will be in all six episodes of the final season. Talk about SPOILER!
The Independent newspaper reveals the actor's love for the way the writers have wrapped up the show. "To me, it was very satisfying but also very surprising and all the things that I was hoping for,” he said. “It still made sense. It wasn’t like one of those where the killer is suddenly revealed in the last act and you go, ‘Oh! I didn’t see that coming.’ Here, they’ve done a really, really good job.”
With that being said I think we're all excited for this 2019 release!
