Quinta Brunson, famed for her Instagram series Girl Who Has Never Been on A Nice Date, has officially released her first book, She Memes Well.
The social media comedian turned actress and producer can now add author to her list of talents as She Memes Well was officially published by Houghton Mifflin on June 15.
Back in February, Brunson let her fans know of the book’s details, stating “I wrote a book. Hardest thing I’ve ever done. I am incredibly proud of the stories I get to tell. It’s dedicated to the people of the internet and what makes us.”
The book is a collection of essays that describe Brunson’s life from being an internet-obsessed teen to a fully bonified meme-maker. She discusses the good, the bad, the ugly, and the outright embarrassing moments that got her to her career today. Reading this book will feel like you’re exchanging life stories with your new BFF.
Can’t get enough of Quinta? Catch her in the upcoming pilot, Abbott Elementary on ABC ( which she writes, produces, and stars!) and the third season of hit TBS comedy show, Miracle Workers.
