Viet Than Nguyen’s debut novel The Sympathizer, winner of the Pulitzer Prize among other awards, is being adapted for television.  The news broke from the author himself on Twitter that A24 and Rhombus Media have just optioned the rights to the work. The director set for the adaptation, Park Chan-wook, has directorial credits for Oldboy and The Handmaiden.
