With over $3 billion resulting from the franchise, Twilight sunk its teeth into everything. From t-shirts to phone cases, computer decals, you name it. Nobody could get enough of those good-looking sparkly vampires.
I’m one of them! What are we called? Twilight-ers? Who knows. I read all of the books so quick, I don’t really remember the gritty details. I saw all of the movies when they came out in theatres, and briefly had my fair share of debates in regards to Edward vs. Jacob drama.
Well, fellow Twilight fans, we’ve got some good news! According to Seventeen,
Patrick Wachsberger, the co-chairman of Lionsgate and former head of Summit, said that despite the fact all four of Stephenie Meyer’s novels have been adapted, the story might have a longer life…It’s a possibility…not a certainty but it’s a possibility. It’s about Stephenie. If she wants to tell a story related to those characters we’re here for her.

But where would the story go? We know that Jacob imprinted on Renesmee, but what about the future of Edward and Bella? They are immortal after all. And poor Charlie! What happens to his relationship with Bella? So many unanswered questions and so many different storylines!
Stephenie Meyer hasn’t confirmed anything, and as of right now, there are no solid plans to extend the films, but we can dream right?
