feel like I can recall previous Golden Globes Award ceremonies have had more book to movie and TV adaptations. Shows like Game of Thrones and The Handmaid’s Tale sparked excitement amongst its followers and even the viewers of the award show. Books took over last year!
This year on Sunday there was plenty of anticipation with so many great movies like A Star Is Born and Bohemian Rhapsody to name a few. However, the list of adaptations was small this year, but they still managed to take home some serious titles. Check out these winners!

The Wife had hundreds of eyes on it thanks to the elegant and timeless Glenn Close. Her moving, inspiring, and tear-jerking speech amped up the win even more. We wanted there to be more winning adaptations, but this year turned out to be just as inspirational as the last.
