We cannot get enough of the iconically beautiful Marilyn Monroe and neither can Joshua Greene. Greene has been restoring photos of Monroe taken by his late father, Milton H. Greene, for over two decades now. However, his latest book, The Essential Marilyn Monroe by Milton H. Greene: 50 Sessions, is said to be the last installment of his career as he is going to retire at age 63.

In an article in The Hollywood Reporter, Greene said,
The first time I released unseen images was in 1993, with Milton’s Marilyn. It was our early days of restoration, and if you go through that book, the color work is really inconsistent … I was really disappointed in the outcome of that project. This time around, I wanted to make sure that what had happened there would never happen again … I started working on this [newest book] about five years ago, originally with about 600 images. The restoration work is very tedious; some photos took as much as 60 hours per frame.
This book will feature 284 Marilyn Monroe photos with a whopping 160 never-before-seen images taken by Milton. The book is published by ACC Editions and is selling for $65 (you can pre-order your copy here). However, if you are a Marilyn Monroe enthusiast, five-hundred deluxe editions are available for $2,000 a piece.
