Technically, The Lost Symbol is the third book in the Robert Langdon series by Dan Brown, but it had been decided to skip over it when making the movies.

Dan Brown is an executive producer along with Dan Dworkin, Jay Beattie, and Ron Howard who directed the first three. Peacock has not announced a release date for the original series, but we’re hoping it’s soon!
