Official ‘Schitt’s Creek’ Book Coming this Fall

An official ‘Schitt’s Creek’ book entitled ‘Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: The Story of Schitt’s Creek’ will be available for purchase on October 26, 2021.

An official Schitt’s Creek book entitled Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: The Story of Schitt’s Creek will be available for purchase on October 26, 2021. The book is written by co-creators and Schitt’s Creek actors Dan Levy and Eugene Levy, and will be published this fall by the Black Dog & Leventhal publishing company.

 

 

According to Coast Reporter, the book will feature significant scenes from the sitcom, character profiles, behind-the-scenes content, “a rundown of Alexis’s adventures,” and an examination of Moira’s “antiquated” vocabulary. The tie-in coffee table book will also contain catalogues of David’s (Dan Levy) knitted sweaters and of Moira’s (Catherine O’Hara) wigs.

The Schitt’s Creek television series ran from 2015 to 2020, totaling six seasons. Nerds and Beyond stated the show even broke records by earning fifteen Emmy nominations and “setting a record for most wins in a single season for a comedy taking home nine Emmys.” Schitt’s Creek was also the first time that a series won the four main acting awards since 2004.

Aside from father-and-son duo Eugene Levy and Dan Levy and Catherine O’Hara, Schitt’s Creek also starred Sara Levy, Annie Murphy, Christ Elliot, Noah Reid, and Emily Hampshire.
