You may find yourself asking why you can’t read your book in the shower when we live in an age of technology. Bibliobath, an English company, feels your pain. They’re trying to remedy it by launching a Kickstarter campaign to raise money for their big idea: waterproof books.
The company plans to print classics first. You’ll be able to enjoy all of your old favorites, including Mark Twain and Shakespeare, in the tub or by the pool. The books are made out of synthetic paper and have a waterproof binding to ensure your novel will stay intact.
Bibliobath’s goal is set at $10,140, and they have until July 15 to meet it. Depending on how much you pledge, you could receive a waterproof book if the campaign meets its goal.
