Little Fires Everywhere author Celeste Ng’s debut Everything I Never Told You spent forty-seven weeks atop the New York Times bestseller list, selling 1.5 million copies and being translated into no less than twenty-eight languages, and it has been announced that it is soon to hit the big screen.
Micheal De Luca, producer of The Social Network, Captain Phillips and Moneyball, among others, is attached to the project. The executive producers for the upcoming film are going to be, LD’s Micheal Glassman, Jennifer Hilton Monroe, Lucy Kitada from Michael De Luca Productions, while Mickey Liddel and Pete Shilaimon will produce, along with De Luca.

Julia Cox is the screenwriter of the film, and her catalog consists of Amazon’s The Last Typhoon, Do No Harm, and the film adaptation of the novel Something In The Water, which is being produced by Reese Witherspoon and Temple Hill.

In a tween dated January 22nd, Ng announced that Julia Roberts is attached to star in the film, however her role is as yet uncertain.
