Bob Odenkirk isn’t the only Breaking Bad star coming out with a memoir this year. Walter White himself, aka, Bryan Cranston, is releasing his debut book through Simon and Schuster. It will be called A Life in Parts.
From the press release, the book will detail Cranston’s, “zigzag journey from abandoned son to beloved star by recalling the many odd parts he’s played in real life—paperboy, farmhand, security guard, dating consultant, murder suspect, dock loader, lover, husband, father. Cranston also chronicles his evolution on camera.”
The book will also necessarily delve deep into Cranston’s experience playing Walter White, and the tremendous efforts he put into ensuring an authentic and memorable performance.
The actor recently spoke with The Guardian, to give some insight into one of his most harrowing scenes on the show.
