Gilmore Girls Revival Reading List

They’re back! The mother-daughter duo that make up the Gilmore Girls are famous for their quick-witted comments alongside their rampant use of sophisticated references. Rory is an icon among book nerds, and the banter between Lorelai and herself is wrought with nods to their book collection. It’s no surprise that fans of the show came up with a Gilmore Girls-inspired reading list, full of classics referenced on the show.

In light of the Gilmore Girls revival coming to Netflix, the folks over at Bustle have compiled a list of works referenced in the new show.

The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain

I Feel Bad About My Neck and Other Thoughts on Being a Woman by Nora Ephron

The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo

Including this one, mostly because of Jesse… but also, because Dave Eggers is great.
