When her father falls ill, he is determined to ensure Camilla takes over the racing side of the family business. Now that she finds herself thrust into the world of racing, she has one speed bump that she can’t shake off: Riggs.
Spencer Riggs is a former racer’s son, so he has driving infused in his blood. Riggs dreams of upholding his late father’s legacy and desires to succeed in F1. He is given a chance to work with Moretti Motorsports and is ecstatic until he finds out who the woman running it is. Now, with this happy little obstacle to hurdle, he must navigate how to charm this feisty woman who wants absolutely nothing to do with him. While the pair handle their past tragedies, they somehow find themselves thrown into forced proximity and slowly begin to heal together. Some of the best moments in the book are when the showcasing of their love for each other is implemented. Riggs and Camilla also have some of the greatest banter, which boils over into the slow-burning romance that will tug your heartstrings.

If you know Formula 1, you’re aware of the relentlessness that comes with the sport and how unpredictable it can be.
