Offtrack by Esha Patel

In the debut series, Offtrack, we meet Formula 1 driver Diana Zahrani, the first female driver of the century to be signed with a team. The other drivers are told to be careful while racing with her, as she is only there for advertisement in the more male-dominated sport, but Diana refuses to be the pretty face. She is a driver, a racer. Knowing that the world of motorsports is small, she can’t help but run into Miguel de la Fuente. As love and car sparks fly, her priorities are challenged on and off the track as the world championship is at stake.

Miguel refuses to take any rookie, let alone a woman, to distract him, especially when they are in the way of a championship. His first time winning a world championship is at stake, and the only thing keeping him from the trophy is the girl in the very car next to him. Miguel has to decide which is more important, the title or the girl. After all, he is racing to win, but will he win her heart or the title? Find out in this eclectic novel, and check out Overdrive, the second book in the series.

Downforce by Hannah Lily

Olivia Fraser wants nothing more than to be a Formula 1 presenter, and being told that her interest in F1 is nothing more than fancying hot drivers, she refuses to let it stop her from claiming her dream job. She is used to being told that she doesn’t have or deserve a place reporting, as her knowledge of the sport is continuously questioned. While Olivia has always been good at brushing it off, as she meets Jonah, she seems to find it harder to bite her tongue.

A brown woman in a pink dress holds a microphone and is looking at a man in a red racing suit. Under them are two Formula 1 cars. On the right he car is blue and on the left the car is red. On the top the title "Downforce" is written in red.

When Jonah Scott was signed for Durand Racing, it was thought he would be the team’s shining star, as his father and grandfather were before him. In his fourth year in F1, he still hasn’t earned a world championship, bringing out more insecurities than he thought possible. This makes everyone question whether he has what it takes to be a true champion, including himself. That is, of course, until he meets the ever-so lovely Olivia, who is much more than what she seems.

This workplace romance follows Jonah and Olivia on a forced road trip across Europe. Even as they bicker to no end, they slowly find comfort in each other as they share insecurities, beliefs, and differences. With many hours spent in the car, shared hotel rooms, and a dangerous bet, the two learn that first impressions aren’t everything.

Not So Fast by Karen Booth

This newly released book will be your new obsession and bring you into the world of Formula 1! From the author of Gray Hair Don’t Care comes a story with a new set of characters: Mia Neal, a founder of an F1 podcast, and British driver Xander Bishop. F1 is Mia’s absolute favorite sport, and even though she’s changed her motives and careers, F1 has always stayed constant as she loves the fierce competition of the sport. Now, as her alternative take on Xander goes viral on her podcast, she feels that speaking about the sport is her true calling. When she gets an invitation to go to the Miami Grand Prix, she can all but jump at the opportunity to see Xander up close… and maybe even get in his head a little bit.

On the other hand, Xander isn’t thrilled at the shade Mia has been throwing at him. While there should be hate, animosity, and annoyance, there are only the sparks of raw sexual tension. The red flags are flying, but the attraction between the two is undeniable. With such passion in the wind, who knows if it will be the bolster Xander needs to win a world championship. Find out in this whirlwind of a love story!

Off The Grid by K. Bromberg

Off The Grid may be my new obsession. This book has everything you’d want and need in a Formula 1 romance. This steamy, slow burn drips with passion from these forbidden lovers. Camilla Moretti is the heir to Moretti Motors as the family’s only daughter. The catch: she wants nothing to do with Formula 1. When her father falls ill, he is determined to ensure Camilla takes over the racing side of the family business. Now that she finds herself thrust into the world of racing, she has one speed bump that she can’t shake off: Riggs.

A man in a red racing suit is looking at a girl in a white shirt. They are standing on a racing track in front of the checkered line, with a flag on the left side. The title "Off The Grid" is written on the top with 'off' and 'grid' in cursive. There is a sunset in the background.

Spencer Riggs is a former racer’s son, so he has driving infused in his blood. Riggs dreams of upholding his late father’s legacy and desires to succeed in F1. He is given a chance to work with Moretti Motorsports and is ecstatic until he finds out who the woman running it is. Now, with this happy little obstacle to hurdle, he must navigate how to charm this feisty woman who wants absolutely nothing to do with him. While the pair handle their past tragedies, they somehow find themselves thrown into forced proximity and slowly begin to heal together. Some of the best moments in the book are when the showcasing of their love for each other is implemented. Riggs and Camilla also have some of the greatest banter, which boils over into the slow-burning romance that will tug your heartstrings.

Throttled by Lauren Asher

If you know Formula 1, you’re aware of the relentlessness that comes with the sport and how unpredictable it can be. Suppose you don’t, look no further than the love story about Noah Slade and Maya Alatorre. Noah becomes obsessed with his teammate’s little sister, who is joining them for this season’s bundle of races across the world. Twenty-one races, a pair of teammates who despise each other, and a forbidden attraction he cannot ignore distract him to no end. After sneaking around for so long during the season, things become tenser and harder to keep quiet. Is she worth losing the world championship over, or is she just the right reason to win it?

Falling for Maya’s brother’s nemesis wasn’t a part of the plan when she agreed to follow her brother on his Formula 1 season, but it was simply the best. Even though the one guy she was advised to stay away from becomes the one she can’t help but notice, she learns that the royalty of F1 is more than it seems. Breaking the rules has never been so fun, but it has never been this dangerous. With her family, the media, and worst of all, her brother in the mix, Maya has to navigate her feelings and note whether it is worth the heartbreak at the end of the season.

We hope you get the chance to enjoy at least one of these amazing novels and fall in love with the sparks that fly off not only the cars, but the characters. Love and driving are scary, but they are both so worth it!
