Dan Brown and Robert Langdon Reunite for a New Novel; ‘Origin’

Robert Langdon, the world’s favorite “symbologist” and the hero of Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code, is set to take on a new adventure in Brown’s signature world of art, history, codes, and mystery. Origins, the new book following The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, Inferno, and The Lost Symbol; will once again have Langdon relying on his wit to scramble for the truth as he is “thrust… into the dangerous intersection of humankind’s two most enduring questions, and the earth-shaking discovery that will answer them” according to his publishers.

Dan Brown has found amazing success in his cryptic tales, and this new book is set to be a huge event in the publishing world. According to his publishers, there are over 200 million Brown books currently in print, with his sales over 16 million in the UK alone. Origin is poised to continue the trend. Bill-Scott Kerr, longtime editor of Brown’s, had this to say of the upcoming release:

Over the past 15 years, it has been an utter privilege to publish Dan Brown’s unique blend of electrifying storytelling, historical reinterpretation and genius code-making… The fact that there is to be another instalment in this record-breaking run of books will be hugely exciting to his millions of fans around the world…
