Armie Hammer Stars in Sundance Hit ‘Call Me By Your Name’

Armie Hammer and Interstellar’s Timothée Chalamet star in the adaptation of André Aciman’s novel ‘Call Me By Your Name,’ and we may have shed a tear at the trailer…

 

The story follows the romance between a teenage boy and the young man who comes to stay at his parents hillside mansion in Italy. It is directed by Luca Guadagnino (‘A Bigger Splash,’ ‘I Am Love’) and is set in the Italian region of Lombardy.

The book was A New York Times Notable Book of the Year and was named a Best Book of the Year by Publishers Weekly, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, The Seattle Times, and New York Magazine. 

 

With a dreamy soundtrack including two dreamy new Sufjan Stevens songs, this film is sure to win hearts just like the book has been doing since 2007. 

 

‘Call Me By Your Name’ opens in theaters November 27th.
